Introduction & Consent

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between every individual who uses the hagzy platform ("User" or "you") and the entity operating the hagzy service ("hagzy", "we", "us").

By visiting the hagzy website (hagzy.lat), registering an account, or using any of our services, you are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in full. If you do not agree with these Terms, please refrain from using the platform.

hagzy reserves the right to modify or amend these Terms at any time. Continuing to use the platform after updated Terms are published will be considered your acceptance of those changes. We therefore recommend visiting this page regularly.

Account Eligibility & Registration

2.1 Age Requirement & Eligibility

To open and use an account on the hagzy platform, you must meet all of the following conditions:

• You must be at least 21 years of age (21+).
• You must be legally capable of entering into a contract.
• You must not be a resident of any country or region where online betting is entirely prohibited.
• You may operate only one personal account.

2.2 Accuracy of Registration Information

The information you provide when registering an account — name, date of birth, and contact details — must be complete, accurate, and up to date. Providing false or incorrect information may result in account suspension or closure, and any pending bonuses or winnings may be forfeited.

2.3 Account Security

Bonuses & Promotional Offers

4.1 Welcome Bonus

hagzy offers an attractive welcome bonus for new members: a 200% bonus on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000.

For example:

• Deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳2,000 bonus → total balance ৳3,000
• Deposit ৳6,000 and receive a maximum bonus of ৳5,000 → total balance ৳11,000

4.2 Wagering Requirements

Before withdrawing the welcome bonus, you must meet specific wagering conditions. You must wager the bonus amount 15 times (15x). This calculation applies to the bonus amount only, not the deposit amount.

4.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus can only be used once; the same bonus cannot be claimed more than once on the same account.
• Bonuses cannot be converted directly to cash; they can only be withdrawn after the wagering requirements are met.
• Abusing bonuses through multiple accounts will result in bonus cancellation and account suspension.
• hagzy reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• Each promotion may have a specific expiry date; unused bonuses will be cancelled once the deadline has passed.

4.4 VIP Program

hagzy's three-tier VIP program offers weekly cashback benefits:

• Bronze: up to 0.5% cashback per week
• Silver: up to 1.0% cashback per week
• Gold: up to 1.5% cashback per week

VIP tier is determined based on user activity and engagement on the platform. Regular and active participation is required to advance to higher VIP tiers.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the hagzy platform. Violating these prohibitions will result in immediate account closure and all balances may be forfeited.

5.1 Fraud & Manipulation

• Placing bets using software, robots, bots, or automated tools.
• Attempting to exploit errors, bugs, or loopholes in the platform's software for an advantage.
• Attempting to place bets after the outcome is already known (arbitrage).
• Colluding with other users to gain an unfair advantage.

5.2 Money Laundering & Illegal Activity

• Depositing or withdrawing funds obtained from illegal sources.
• Using the platform for the purpose of money laundering.
• Using fraudulent or stolen payment methods.

5.3 Account-Related Prohibitions

• Operating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Operating an account on behalf of or in assistance to a minor.
• Transferring or selling an account to a third party.

Copyright & Intellectual Property

All content on the hagzy platform — including designs, logos, software, graphics, text, game interfaces, and other elements — is the property of hagzy or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Users are granted a limited, revocable licence to access the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This does not constitute a transfer of ownership. You may not:

• Copy, redistribute, or use platform content for commercial purposes.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or decompile the software.
• Use the hagzy brand or trademarks without authorisation.
• Interfere with or attempt to damage the normal operation of the platform.

Privacy & Data Protection

Games featured on hagzy are operated by third-party providers (such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, PG Soft, JILI, Spribe, Microgaming, NetEnt, Ezugi). hagzy is not directly responsible for technical errors in these games, but will assist users in resolving any complaints.

Account Suspension & Closure

10.1 Account Closure at the User's Request

• At the direction of a legal or regulatory authority.
• Evidence that the account is being used by a minor or an ineligible person.

If an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any pending bonuses will be forfeited. However, if the closure is not for legal reasons, the account balance will be returned.

If a dispute arises regarding the interpretation of any clause in these terms, hagzy's interpretation will be considered final unless a competent court rules otherwise.

12.3 Severability of Terms

If any clause of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable for any reason, only that clause will be void; all remaining clauses will continue to be fully effective.

General Provisions

13.1 Entire Agreement

These terms, the privacy policy, and the terms of any specific promotions together form the entire agreement between hagzy and the user. Any prior oral or written understandings are replaced by this agreement.

13.2 No Waiver of Rights

If hagzy does not exercise any right under these terms in a particular situation, this will not be considered a permanent waiver of that right.

13.3 Translation

These terms are written in Bengali. Even if a translation into another language becomes available in the future, the Bengali version will be considered the original document in the event of any dispute.
